Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on bookings cancelled 48 hours in advance from the date of travel.
Within 24 hours 50% of the trip cost.
Within 12 hours – 100 % of the trip cost for one day will be forfeited.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Bookings within 12 hours of the date of travel.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@wingstravels.in within the specified refund period mentioned above.
Provide your bookings reference number and reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on returning the item(s).

3. Refund Processing
Once the bookings are cancelled, we will send you an email to notify you that we have cancelled your booking. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7 days].
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
